The Board may lay pipes or construct other structures in private or public real estate for the purpose of providing drinking water or sanitation services to consumers.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if there is any loss or damage to a person's private real estate while laying pipes or making other related transmissions, the Board shall pay reasonable compensation to the concerned real estate owner.
